Jeffery S. Nelson
Mr. Nelson is a graduate of Stanford University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Thereafter, he obtained a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Nelson is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California,
the California Bar Association and the Tulare County Superior Court Arbitration Panel.

As a resident of Visalia, California for over twenty-two years, Mr. Nelson has been
actively involved in Boy Scouting. He is also a member and an active supporter of the Kaweah Delta District Hospital Foundation. He has also served on the Citizen's
Advisory Committee as a liaison to the Visalia City Council.

Mr. Nelson practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, environmental litigation and civil litigation with a special emphasis in the area of the defense of medical and
dental malpractice actions.

	John L. Rozier Mr. Rozier is a native of Fresno, California, who received both his Bachelor of Science degree and Law degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Since joining the California Bar in 1982, Mr. Rozier has concentrated his practice in the area of insurance defense, environmental law, agricultural claims, and plaintiff's personal injury, premises liability and defective products. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His current civic involvements include serving as a Director of the Visalia Education Foundation and as a member of the Visalia Unified School District Facilities Advisory Committee.
