Nick Pritchett
Attorney at Law
Nick was raised in Tulare County. He graduated from Mt. Whitney High School and College of the Sequoias in Visalia, and graduated from Whittier Law School in 1999. He began practicing law in the Los Angeles area before returning to Visalia, where he lived since 2007.
Nick's primary practice involves employment and personal injury litigation. He also handles general commercial and real estate disputes. His experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts as well as in administrative hearings.
Nick is a strong advocate for all of his individual and business clients. He makes it a priority to understand the facts of each case and to thoroughly research legal issues associated with those facts so that his clients can make educated decisions that best serve their interest. He understands and appreciates the benefits that can be achieved for each client by exploring early resolution of each and every case, examining early settlement possibilities and considering mediation and negotiation opportunities prior to trial. However, if those opportunities are not in the client's best interest, he will take cases through trial, and if necessary, appeal.
Nick relies on his litigation experience, retention of experts in their respective fields and the staff and financial backing of Williams, Brodersen, Pritchett & Burke LLP to ensure clients are provided the very best in legal representation in California throughout their entire process.
