This is the official web site for Nelson & Rozier.  We are a personal injury law firm located in Visalia, California, representing plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury actions.

My name is John L. Rozier.  I have 20 years experience as a trial attorney practicing in Visalia.  In most cases, I will personally answer your e-mail case review within the same business day.  Should your case pass our initial review process, then I will meet with you at no charge.  I will handle nearly every aspect of your case including most appearances at mediation hearings, at settlement conferences, depositions, and at trial.  You will not be charged any fee on a contingency fee case until you recover money.
